The work finds you. The terms are clear.
Landlords post jobs with photos. You send a quote with a price and a deadline. If they accept, you work at the agreed price — no haggling on site.
Sound familiar?
Going to look at a job “blind”
“Come and see what it is” — an hour’s drive for a problem that turns out to be something else, and a price you never agreed on.
The request comes with photos and a description. You send a quote with a price and a deadline from your phone — and only go if it is accepted.
“Didn’t we agree on 80?”
Deals made over the phone, then everyone remembers a different number. The argument ruins both the job and the referral.
Your quote with price and deadline is recorded in the app. The work is accepted with double confirmation — by the tenant and the landlord. In black and white.
New clients don’t know who you are
You have done good work for years, but referrals only reach friends of friends.
Every completed job adds a review and a rating to your profile. The next landlord chooses you for the work you have done, not by chance.

The questions everyone asks
How much does it cost to be on Livupp?
No subscription. For jobs won through the platform you owe a small commission — billed once a month with an invoice that you pay by bank transfer. If a landlord adds you as their trusted handyman, their jobs are commission-free.
How do I get paid?
Directly from the landlord — by bank transfer or in cash, as you agree. Livupp does not stand between you and your money: the agreed price is recorded, and the completed work is confirmed by both parties.
When do I pay the commission?
Once a month you receive an invoice for the commission on jobs won in the previous month. You pay it by bank transfer — like any other invoice for your business.
