What exactly does “per property per month” mean?
You pay €5.99 a month for each property in your account. Three properties = €17.97 a month. Remove a property and you stop paying for it.
How does the free trial work?
The first 14 days are completely free and we don’t ask for a card. If Livupp isn’t for you — simply don’t continue. Nothing is owed.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes, with no notice period and no penalties. Your account switches to view-only mode — your data and documents remain accessible.
Will my tenants pay anything?
No. Tenants, owners (when a property manager manages for them) and handymen use Livupp for free, forever.
Do I get an invoice for the subscription?
